Original artwork on linen canvas from my "Ultramarine" series, painted with ultramarine blue acrylic paint.

The artwork is set in a floating frame of solid oak, which creates a beautiful finish.

The grey-brown linen stands in beautiful contrast to the very intense ultramarine blue color. And especially in daylight - and even more stunning in sunlight - the blue color will light up your room.

The artwork is painted with a meticulous hand, and although it has a more stringent and graphic expression than my abstract works, you will still sense the imperfections and the hand-painted quality when you get up close. For me, it is the unevenness and the imperfect that make my works special. That nothing is neat, symmetrical. Or boring. But crooked and full of character.

If you live outside Denmark, original artworks on canvas are sent rolled in a tube. That means you'll need to take it to your local framer to have it stretched on stretcher bars. Please also note that international purchases are sent without the floating frame.
