One of my very first works created for my Ultramarine series, which I started in 2024.

The painting is painted on raw cotton canvas and then professionally framed in solid oak. The raw canvas gives a very special and tactile expression, which is very lively behind the glass, where it almost floats, because it touches neither the back panel nor the glass.

This is because the painting is framed with an internal spacer, which creates a beautiful space behind the glass, where the canvas is lifted from the surface with the help of a foam board.
